• Choosing equipment: specifications, availability and prices of the products on our website.
• Orders: placing an order, changing it, or checking its status.
• Rental and refill: rental availability, rental periods and oxygen cylinder refill (Dhaka only).
• Using your equipment: basic questions about using equipment you bought or rented from us. Medical settings such as oxygen flow rate or CPAP pressure must come from your doctor.

3. Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the product and its manufacturer. If a product comes with a warranty, the terms are those given by the manufacturer or stated on the product page or your invoice. Please keep your invoice or order confirmation.

If a fault is not covered, we can repair the equipment through our medical equipment repair service. The repair cost is confirmed with you before any work starts.
