Peace Oxygen delivers oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators and other medical equipment to your home. Inside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 12-24 hours. We also deliver across Bangladesh: most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed and typically arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. A refund request must be made within 7 working days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Items marked as final sale or clearance, perishable goods, opened personal care items, and any item damaged or used beyond its original condition are not refundable.

Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item. Customers pay the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
