1. Return & Refund Claims
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you may initiate a claim for a return or refund.

- Claim Window: Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, or your refund claim is approved, we will process your request.

- Standard Timeline: The entire process, including the inspection and the transfer of funds, will be completed within 7 working days from the date the claim is officially accepted.

- Credit: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer).
3. Order Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

- Once an item has entered the shipping process, the standard Return Policy (Section 1) will apply instead of a cancellation.

- Note: If a specific product is marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the product page, no cancellation will be processed for that item.
4. Non-Refundable Items/Services
In instances where a specific product or service is sold without a refund or cancellation option:

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days:

- Check your bank account or mobile wallet again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
